James' First Day of School 2012

James started preschool two days a week last march and continued one day a week this summer, but last week was considered his REAL first day of preschool. It was fun to experience that first day of school feeling that comes over you this time of year. James is now going to school three mornings a week and has been loving it.

Each student completed one of these "self portraits" this week and they will complete the same project at the end of the school year to see the differences.  James told us that he drew this picture of his face all by himself  and that his teacher just told him that he had blue eyes so he should use a blue marker.
